tend her womb series
A six week journey into your deepest feminine wisdom.
If you’re yearning to feel more connected, nourished, and aligned in your body — but life, motherhood, or caretaking pulls you in every direction — this series is your invitation home.
The Womb Series blends the science and the sacred, weaving together Tantric Yoga, Ayurveda, and embodied feminine practices. Across six live weekly gatherings, you’ll create space for yourself, reconnect to the intelligence of your womb, and remember the power that has always lived inside you.
A deep dive into the sacred
This is for you if…
You are a mother or caretaker who gives endlessly and rarely receives.
You feel disconnected from your body, your cycle, or your sensuality.
You want to break patterns of people-pleasing and self-abandonment.
You’re ready to release shame, reclaim your voice, and stand in your feminine power.
You want to heal. Not only for yourself, but for your daughters and the women who came before you.
You crave community and don’t want to walk this path alone.
If your whole body whispers yes… you belong here.

Why this work matters
When you are constantly giving, it is easy to lose yourself in the chaos of daily life. Your body can start to feel distant, your cycle may feel unpredictable, and your emotional needs often get pushed aside.
The Womb Series gives you something most mothers and caretakers never receive: structured, supportive time to reconnect to your body and your inner guidance. You will learn tools that make your life feel easier, calmer, and more aligned. This is not about adding another responsibility to your plate. It is about creating a foundation that makes everything else in your life feel lighter, clearer, and more sustainable.

I’m a feminine-form Ayurvedic coach, yoga teacher, and mother of two devoted to guiding women home to the wisdom of their womb. My work centers on conscious mothering, menstrual awareness, and cyclical living — helping mothers heal themselves and pass that remembrance to their daughters.
