I was constantly exhausted — feeling like I wasn’t doing enough as a mother, partner, or woman. Every day revolved around productivity, tasks, and meeting everyone else’s needs first. It left me burned out, resentful, and emotionally drained.
Then I discovered the power of womb circles. They didn’t change my external circumstances — but they completely transformed the way I approached them.

What to expect
Each Womb Circle is a soft landing — a space to arrive fully as you are. We begin by grounding into the body, connecting to the earth beneath us and the rhythm of our own breath. Through gentle breathwork and meditation, we settle the mind, release tension, and drop awareness back into the pelvis — the seat of our power. From here, we open our voices through song, exploring the sacred connection between womb and voice, expression and creation.
We take time for introductions and open sharing, followed by a journal prompt inspired by the theme of the month — whether that’s the menstrual cycle, the journey with pleasure, the heart, grief, or the turning of the seasons. Each gathering weaves in movement (not yoga, but organic, intuitive motion) to help us embody what we’re feeling. We honor the cycles of nature and Ayurvedic principles as guides.
The energy of the space is supportive, nurturing, and real. You’re invited to leave all expectations at the door — the “supposed to’s” and “have to’s” — and show up exactly as you are. Messy, tender, radiant, tired, joyful — all of it is welcome here. Every circle closes with a song tied to our theme, so we leave feeling more connected, expressed, and grounded in our truth.
What to bring
Bring an open heart and an open mind — and come exactly as you are. There’s no need to prepare or perform. Simply bring yourself, your presence, and your breath. A journal and pen will help you capture reflections or inspirations that arise, and we invite you to wear something comfortable so you can move, rest, and be at ease. Most importantly, bring your willingness to soften, to listen, and to be witnessed in community.
I’m a feminine-form Ayurvedic coach, yoga teacher, and mother of two devoted to guiding women home to the wisdom of their womb. My work centers on conscious mothering, menstrual awareness, and cyclical living — helping mothers heal themselves and pass that remembrance to their daughters.
